•    Conference dates: 08-11 June 2026
•    Location:  Emperors Palace, Johannesburg 
•    Types of abstracts and Tracks: available on Abstract Submission Guidelines  
•    Word Count:  Limited to 300 words 

PROCESS TO FOLLOW:

·        To begin with the submission process, you are required to create a New Account if you have not yet created one on the abstract submission system (Please note that registration on this portal is separate from the conference attendee registration)

·       Click on "Provide contact information" to update your contact details before submitting the actual abstract - Please note the contact information should be for the presenting author or the corresponding author.

·        Follow the steps in the "Abstract Submission" or "Edit Abstract" tabs to finalize and/or submit the abstract.

·        Click on "Save As Draft" or "Submit" to save the records in the Abstract Submission System.

·        Once all required sections have been completed, you can submit your abstract in the Submit section at the bottom right of the page.

          You will receive and automated reply once you have submitted your abstract

          Should you wish to revisit your abstract submission or make changes before the abstract deadline please return to this page and log in

·       Kindly save your username and password for logging in at a later time.
